😂🤣 I was just a lowly pog, so I don't know nothin but nothin, but whenever my ranger buddy talks about how he'd defend his area if attacked, you'll hear 'so I pop smoke, cover my movement'. I was drinking a carbonated beverage, I could have died.
These guys don't actually talk about anything related to the military, they just laugh at there own jokes. They're pretty damn annoying actually. stick to your day jobs and leave the youtube videos to likeable people.
Glad to see you doing another one of these. Hope you'll make it a regular thing.
Really cool to see an EOD guy critiquing the Hurt Locker. I'd love to see a full length version of that, to be honest. In any case, this type of series, in general, is phenomenally entertaining. Thanks, you all.
Heya would love to see you guys review.
One of the John Wick films if not all at some point.
We Were Soldiers
Black Hawk Down
And if I was to win at the comments thing, I would like a T-shirt XL if you can deliver to the UK.
We Were Soldiers: Airplane strike at end of movie and SGT. last stand comparisons (french and american)
Saving Private Ryan: Interesting fact, my father (a Vietnam vet) went to see this with an older WW2 vet. The man turned to him at the end of the D-Day scene with tears in his eyes and said, "the only thing missing is the smell"
Full Metal Jacket
Tears of the Sun
Black Hawk Down
Enemy at the Gates
The myth that you cant shoot a person with a .50 is from the M40 Recoiless rifle which had a .50cal spotting rifle which due to its explosive rounds WAS banned from shooting people due to the Geneva convention. You can absolutely shoot someone with .50 BMG ball ammunition if you want them to be VERY dead
What’s not accurate (enough) in the movie The Hurt Locker that has so many vets upset; given that the point of the movie was to show Jeremy Rener’s character constantly breaking protocol, risking his life and others around him to show him as not a selfless hero but as a selfish, arrogant, and dangerous adrenaline junkie?
-the movie wasn’t intended to portray any group of soldiers but to portray a single unique person (and in the wrong).
Thanks for doing this. Josh is a real fucking dude and I saw those guys working in Iraq when I was there. I absolutely despise hollywood bullshit that "depicts" military personnel in a combat zone. It's really not as hardcore and retarded as the movies claim, but I guess that's what sells to all the assclowns who say "I wanted to join the military but I couldn't because of _______________________ reason". Great vid guys.
Tears of the sun of course
Tho so far first couple minutes things seem very random with a lot of jokes.
Didn’t learn a ton in the beginning
Also what was wrong with the hurt locker? I know it’s not realistic but enjoyable movie lol
I do love Smokin Aces tho
Tho I do love his comments on the bomb squad stuff
thing is no matter what any movie with United States soldiers the government is going to change your script to make him look like heroes that is the United States propaganda that has been proven all movies are going to be like that if it involves United States soldiers
